SAIRAH woke up hearing a phone ringing. She reach for her phone while eyes closed when she touches something else. Her eyes widens realizing there’s a man beside her! She got up of bed which only made her more shocked. She’s not wearing a single thing so as the guy!

“My God,” she whispered when the guy starts moving. He’s waking up.

She run towards the bathroom. She didn’t close it afraid it will produce a sound. She gape hearing the guy talking with someone over the phone. It seems like he mistook her for someone named Chelsie who she think was a prostitute. She can’t believe a guy who’s as handsome as him will engage himself with such woman. Maybe he’s one of those guys who hates commitment and only wants sex.

KAIDIC woke up with his phone ringing. He starts to get annoyed when he can’t find his phone in his bed. When he open his eyes, that’s only when he realized that it’s not in the bed. He took his phone out from his pants which was on the floor. It’s Louie who’s calling.

“Where are you? Chelsie called me this morning and told me you didn’t come home. She waited for you the entire night in your apartment. This is the first time you miss your date. What happened?”

He frown when he realize how the room looks different from his. He looked around. He’s sure it’s not his room. There are still a lot of boxes on the floor. Everything’s simply unorganized yet. How did he end up in that room?

He remembered what happened last night. “Who is she then?”

“What do you mean?”

“I thought she was Chelsie,” he comb his hair with his fingers. “I think I just had sex with someone else. I entered a different room.”

“The fuck, Kai. And she didn’t even bother to say no? She must be used to it,” his friend laughs.

“But she’s a virgin.”

“Whow! What a lucky guy! Well, who would say no to you? You’re the most in demand customer of my ladies. Maybe that woman likes you,” he laughs. “Anyways, Chelsie do have a different schedule tonight. But she told me she’s still willing to meet you first if you want. She knows you don’t do sex with non virgins. I think that woman likes you a lot that she wants you to be her first.”

“Sure, no problem.”

“Make sure this time, you wont go to someone else’s room.”

He laughs. “Tell her to come to my apartment,” he cancelled the call and picked up his clothes on the floor.

SHE went out of the bathroom when she heard the door opens and closes. He already left. She disheveled her hair remembering what she just got into. She just had sex with a man she doesn’t even know!

“Sairah, you still have that with you?”

Hearing Alexa’s voice brought her back to her senses. She’s supposed to bring the drinks in table fifteen but she’s still at the counter holding the bucket.

“Do you have a problem?” Alexa asked her after she brought the drinks to the customers. “Awhile ago, you brought a different drink to table six and now, you’re spacing out. You know how strict Sir Bray is.”

“I-I was just thinking of- something.”

“Do you want to share? You know, to let it out.”

She shake her head. “Thank you for your concern but I’m fine.”

“In that state? I don’t think so. But okay, I wont force you. But if you need someone to talk to, I’m just here.”

She took a deep breath. Even if she’s been friends with Alexa for quite awhile, there’s no way she can tell her what’s bugging her. Telling someone else that she had sex with who knows who is embarrassing.

“By the way,” Alexa. “I should have just brought the drinks at the office yesterday. I could have seen Sir Kaidic. If only I knew the drinks was for him.”

She looked at Alexa. “S-Sir Kaidic?”

“You don’t know him because it’s not too long since you started working her. He’s the owner of the club. I really regret it now that I didn’t saw him. I’m really curious how he looks. Since the Amethyst was established, yesterday was the first time he came here. Is he handsome?”

Instead of admiring his face, she felt irritated seeing his face in her mind. “Men like that have no balls.”

“Hey,” Alexa looked around. “Do you want to get fired? What made you say that? Did he do something to you?” Alexa’s eyes widen. “Did he violated you? Is that what’s bothering you?”

“N-no,” she lied. “H-he didn’t do anything,” she said though her mind is reminiscing what happened between them. Is that even considered violation when she didn’t even bother to resist? She was drunk and weak at that moment though. “I-I just hate guys that good looking. T-they don’t seem to take girls seriously.”

Alexa laughs. “For you to say that, he must be really handsome.”

“Table three,” the bartender shouted.

She took the drinks in a hurry and brought it to their customer. She just wish that Alexa wont bother her again about their boss. And she hopes too that his boss will no longer go back in Amethyst. It’s really hard to find a new job these days. Even if she wants to leave, she can’t resign in the club. Her family only has her and her job.

After serving the orders, she went straight to the employee’s comfort room and wash her face. She took a deep breath to control her tears not to fall but she failed.

“Erase, erase, erase. Forget everything that has happened, Sairah. You can’t have your virginity back no matter how much you think about it,” she said to herself and smile bitterly. “With all the people that’s leaning on you, you have no time to cry. It’s already late to regret it.”
